How long does Henna need to be left on the skin?

For best results, henna should be left on the skin for at least 4–6 hours, but ideally 6–8 hours or overnight. The longer the paste stays on, the deeper and more long-lasting the stain will be. Follow with good aftercare for best results.

How long will my Henna Stain Last?

Henna stains typically last 7–10 days, depending on skin type, placement, and aftercare. With proper care (including daily moisturising and avoiding harsh soaps or exfoliation), some stains can last up to 2 weeks.

How long does delivery take

We dispatch orders on the Monday of your selected shipping date.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. If you need faster delivery, choose our Next Day Delivery (by 1pm) option at checkout.

What are the return and refund Policys?

Hygiene & Safety: Due to the hygienic nature of our products, **we do not accept returns** on opened or used items, including henna paste and related products.

Damaged, Defective, or Quality Issues: If your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or if you believe the product does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details. We may offer:

- A full refund

- A replacement item sent free of charge or

- A credit towards a future purchase.

Please note: All claims related to damaged, defective, or substandard products will be reviewed together to determine the appropriate resolution.
