For best results, henna should be left on the skin for at least 4–6 hours, but ideally 6–8 hours or overnight. The longer the paste stays on, the deeper and more long-lasting the stain will be. Follow with good aftercare for best results.

Henna stains typically last 7–10 days, depending on skin type, placement, and aftercare. With proper care (including daily moisturising and avoiding harsh soaps or exfoliation), some stains can last up to 2 weeks.

If you need your cones quickly, we’re happy to help — but we do require at least 2 days’ notice for urgent orders. You can select our Next Day Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm) option at checkout.

To speed things up, please leave a note at checkout or email us with your order number, and we’ll do our best to get your cones to you as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders on the Monday of your selected shipping date.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. If you need faster delivery, choose our Next Day Delivery (by 1pm) option at checkout.

Hygiene & Safety: Due to the hygienic nature of our products, **we do not accept returns** on opened or used items, including henna paste and related products.

Damaged, Defective, or Quality Issues: If your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or if you believe the product does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details. We may offer:

- A full refund

- A replacement item sent free of charge or

- A credit towards a future purchase.
